SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process at WLCI has been designed to assess your personality, abilities, analytical skills and business awareness. The process is as under:-
1. Personality Assessment
A scientific test to assess your personality and identify the profession that best fits your profile.
2. Assignment
You will require to submit an assignment for assessment.
The objective of assignment is to judge your analytical skills, business awareness and ability to research.
You will have a choice to select at least one of the three assignments, which will be available on http://www.ewlci.org.
You are required to submit an original work, based on inputs gained from online sources, interaction with experts and visit to organizations.
3. Personal Interview
The personal interview is aimed at holistic assessment of your personality, which will also factor in the above Personality Assessment and Assignments.
Personal Interview will be conducted at the campus or on skype (based on your choice).
4. Selection
You shall be intimated about your selection immediately after the personal interview.
In case you are not selected, you have the option to re-apply after 3 months
5. Registration
In case you are selected, you shall be required to register for the programme within 2 weeks
