You will learn to conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results and implement corrective measures. You will learn the principles of wage and salary administration and be acquainted with the legal and statutory compliance.

Employee Relations Managers are important for developing, implementing, administering and analyzing the employer-employee relationship and to ensure that relations with employees comply with applicable laws and regulations; and resolving workplace disputes.
