Financial Reporting and Accounting Compliance – I

This prepares to handle the financial data of a company with ease at each and every level of the transaction and trains to record, classify, and summarize the result of business operations. Consequently, it also, equips to analyze the summarized data, interpret and report in order to get a meaningful judgment about the operational result and financial position of the business.

Integrated Marketing Communication and Branding

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is a cross-functional process for creating and nourishing profitable relationships with customers and other stakeholders by strategically controlling or influencing all messages sent to these groups and encouraging data-driven, purposeful dialogue with them. Branding is a complex process, but its goal is simple. It is the creation and development of a specific identity for a company, product, commodity, group or person. At this level, the learners will be trained on Product Lifecycle Management, Target Selection, Brand Equity, Media Planning, Media Buying, Campaign Selection & Finalization.

Treasury & Capital Markets - I (Management of Financial Services)

During this course, the student will acquire an understanding of the role of Financial Services in Business organizations and it will give an insight into the strategic, regulatory, operating and managerial issues concerning select financial services. It will examine the present status and development taking place in the financial services sector and it will help develop an integrated knowledge of the functional areas of financial services industry in the current financial scenario.

Talent Management and OD

Today, one of the greatest challenges that organisations are facing is to successfully attract, assess, train and retain talented employees. Talent Management encompasses in itself the entire process of Planning, Recruiting, Developing, Managing, and Compensating employees throughout the organisation. This module will include development of skills in Employee Engagement, Career Planning and Succession Management, Performance Management and Organizational Development.

IT Skills

The Program imparts and develops IT Skills in the students in order to equip them with essential IT Skills like ‘Creating a Presentation’, ‘Making Reports on Excel’, ‘Creating Company-specific Documents’, ‘Punching Qualitative and Quantitative Data for Analysis’ and ‘Drawing Graphs, Charts and Diagrams for Inferential purposes.

Financial Planning & Analysis – I (Economic Environment of Business)
The course in Financial Planning & Analysis – I is designed to provide students an insight into mechanism of managerial decision-making. Students will be introduced to macro-economics, demand-supply analysis, fiscal and monetary policy, key economic indicators, and industry trends. Further, students will learn basic managerial economics and quantitative methods in business to develop a familiarity with data analysis for use of empirical data to make forecasts.

Financial Planning & Analysis – II (Management Accounting)
The course in Financial Planning & Analysis – II enables the student to become proficient in computing cost of production or of running a business, by allocating expenditure to various stages of production or to different operations of a firm. The students will learn about cost accounting fundamentals, application of costing methods and evaluation of costs in different industries. They will gain knowledge about product pricing, costing & contribution analysis together with contract structuring.

Treasury & Capital Markets – II (Capital Markets)
Under this course, the student will acquire an understanding of the functioning of capital markets. The students will be introduced to the different instruments in capital markets like equity, debt, derivatives, money markets and foreign exchange along with their valuation.

Governance, Risk, Compliance & Audit
During this course, the student will be introduced to risk identification and mitigation along with legal and regulatory compliance including tax laws, corporate laws and commercial Laws. The student will also gain knowledge about types of audit – internal and external, vouching and verification and the complete audit process.

Legal Secretarial and Taxation
The student will develop an understanding of the concept of taxation and tax computation, which is an integral part of personal and corporate finance. The student will also be familiarised with international tax, customs, excise and service tax. He/she will gain knowledge about the concept and relevance of CST, GST, SEZ and Direct tax code essential to all business organizations.


In a globalized economic environment, you need to understand how domestic and international markets operate. In this program you shall be trained in techniques required for business application across different geographies in multi-cultural environments. During your programme you will develop advance professional skills in your chosen sub profession.

Financial Planning & Analysis - III (Investment Decision Making and Analysis)
The course in Financial Planning & Analysis – III aims at providing the students necessary information and equipping them with the requisite tools so as to enable them to take decisions that will optimize the resources at the disposal of the organization. The student will learn about the components of a business plan, consolidation of the plan and review mechanism. He / She will be enabled to successfully undertake investment decisions regarding new line of business, adding new product, expansion of current product, making the product or buying it from vendors.

Treasury & Capital Markets – III (Investment Banking & Portfolio Management)
Our programme in Treasury & Capital Markets - III provide a comprehensive overview of the Investment Banking activities and portfolio analysis. The student will gain knowledge about fund raising and advisory. He will be exposed to technical analysis, stock and bond valuation, portfolio construction and portfolio performance evaluation.

Treasury & Capital Markets – IV (Treasury)
In this course, the student will gain the ability to build a career in treasury. The student will be introduced to the structure of treasury and the methods of mobilizing resources. The student will learn about short term and long term capex, working capital management, cash management and liquidity management. The student would also gain knowledge of negotiating with financial institutions, banks and international agencies and carrying out accounting valuation as per regulatory guidelines.

Financial Planning & Analysis
Our programme on Financial Planning & Analysis will improve upon your ability to decide on Cost Benefit Analysis of investments of an enduring nature, decide on the form, size and timing of capital required to meet the investment outlay and financially appraise and value an organization. The student will be taught capital budgeting techniques and capital budgeting process along with the preparation of budgets, statements, variance analysis, and reports.

Financial Reporting and Accounting Compliance
This module will include an in-depth study of corporate accounting including transaction processing, summarization and reporting. The course will lay emphasis on purchase to pay, order to cash, record to report, design to cost, roll up philosophy, Schedule VI, Indian GAAP, US GAAP and International reporting standards. The ERP system, IT controls, three way matching, statutory compliances and internal and external reporting would also be covered under this course.

Mergers and Acquisition and Corporate Restructuring
The course will enable the student understand various forms and reasons of restructuring such as mergers, takeover, demergers, LBO, MBO, JVs etc. The concept of financial modelling and business evaluation along with target, value, select and manage the post merger process will be taught. The student will also gain knowledge about due diligence, integration and synergy savings.
