The WLCI Learning Services Curriculum provides learners with specific abilities to keep staff productive and competent in today’s competitive workplace. The programme gives you the edge you need to effectively train candidates.
This sub-profession will help you build abilities in carrying out training need analysis and relevant content creation to meet organizational training goals. You will also learn how to prepare and manage the process of learning, including the logistics of conducting training programmes and auditing them.
You will build advanced abilities in conducting training programmes. You will learn how to engage with internal and external trainers and implement MIS policies related to training. You will also gain an in-depth understanding of the practices used in training programmes.
Most organisations invest heavily in training their manpower; hence there are ample employment opportunities in this area.
As a Learning Services Manager, your job profile will include organising employee training sessions, creation of employee training plans, setting up leadership or job transition programmes, leading training sessions, and conducting surveys.
As a next stage, you could also work as a trainer in organisations and provide coaching to the employees in order to help them understand their strengths and weaknesses and unleash their hidden potential.
